Adair's practice emphasizes public liability, municipal law, and general civil litigation in state and federal courts. Her experience includes eminent domain, inverse condemnation, contract disputes, civil rights and torts matters, and local code enforcement. Adair also serves as pro bono counsel for California Grey Bears and sits on the Walnut Avenue Women's Center's Board of Directors. Prior to joining Atchison, Barisone, Condotti & Kovacevich, Adair represented commercial real estate clients in civil disputes at Miller Starr Regalia in Walnut Creek, California.

Adair graduated from UC Davis School of Law (King Hall), where she was an editor of the UC Davis Law Review, a constitutional law teaching assistant, and a King Hall Public Service Program graduate. She received her undergraduate degree from UC Santa Cruz.
