Susan E. Barisone received her Bachelor's degree cum laude in 1976 from Gonzaga University and Juris Doctor cum laude in 1982 from the University of Santa Clara School of Law. She joined the Pacific Bell Corporate Legal Department in 1982 where she specialized in Federal Communications Commission law, taxation, accounting, contracts, intellectual property and legislation. She served as Deputy City Attorney in the Santa Cruz City Attorney's office from 1987 to 1992 and rejoined the firm in January, 2002. She serves as Deputy City Attorney for the cities of Santa Cruz and Capitola and also counsels the firm's other public agency clients.
