Victoria (Tory) Thompson joined the firm in June 2018 and advises public agency and private clients on a variety of matters, including civil litigation, real estate, and municipal law.

Ms. Thompson graduated from Colby College in Waterville, Maine with a BA in history and Santa Clara University School of Law with a certificate in public interest law, focusing in environmental law. Prior to and during law school, she worked for private law firms in Santa Clara County as well as interned with the City of Palo Alto’s City Attorney’s Office. After law school, and before joining the firm, Ms. Thompson spent three years as an associate at Miller, Morton, Caillat & Nevis LLP in San Jose, California where she gained significant experience representing private entities in employment, business, real estate, landlord/tenant, Americans with Disabilities Act, and construction matters.

In addition to her work as an attorney, Ms. Thompson volunteers with the San Francisco-based Trail Mavens, leading backpacking and camping adventures throughout Northern California for women of all ages.
