Hanlin S. Manchester

Hanlin Manchester joined the firm in 2025 as part of our firm’s Law Fellowship program. Mr. Manchester currently works on variety of civil litigation matters as well as Public Records Act requests, subpoenas, and code enforcement matters.

He previously worked as a law clerk for private law firms in San Francisco and gained experience in insurance and real property litigation matters. Additionally, he was an intern for the California Department of Insurance’s litigation division.

Mr. Manchester earned his J.D. from UC Law, San Francisco in 2025 where he served as the Senior Symposium Editor of the UC Environmental Law Journal.

Mr. Manchester is happy being back in Santa Cruz to enjoy the biking and great hiking in the Santa Cruz mountains.
