Kaylen Anderson joined the firm in 2024 as part of our firm’s Law Fellowship program. Ms. Anderson currently works on legal research and analysis on a variety of legal matters, including public records, municipal law, and transactional law.  

Ms. Anderson earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law where she earned a certificate in Public Interest and Social Justice Law with an emphasis in Environmental Justice and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Negotiating. While in school, she was the Director of Public Interest for the Santa Clara Business Law Chronicle, a fellow at the Panetta Institute of Public Policy, and a clinical student at the International Human Rights Clinic working on municipal, women's rights, and environmental justice matters.

In addition to working as an extern for the Honorable Lori E. Pegg at the Superior Court of Santa Clara County, San José, she interned with the City of San José's City Attorney's Office transactional law team and Walkup, Melodia, Kelly, & Schoenberger's civil and mass tort litigation team. 

Ms. Anderson is passionate about energy resources law, protecting the environment, and local government advocacy.
